Return policy
​​We hope that you will be delighted with your HairFlair Aus purchase. However we understand that sometimes items are damaged in transit or in rare situations are faulty. If this is the case, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item and we will send you a new one at our cost.
To return our items, they must be unworn and in an unsoiled condition, complete with all attached labels/tags/barcodes, the original packaging and the invoice enclosed from the original order.We do not offer free returns. All return postage charges must be paid for by the customer, except in cases where an item is faulty or incorrect.
